SIMPLE TERMS - Moneyback guarantee 6 & 8 Week Courses

• Only available to brand new members who have never attended a Fresh Vibes course or taster lesson.
• You must inform us within 48 hours of the first class of the course finishing.
• You must have attended the first class of the course.
  
  For example:
  If the first class was at 8pm Monday 3rd September 2008.
  You have until 8pm Wednesday 5th September 2008 to let us know you want a refund.
  
  
• Refunds will be made via bank transfer into your account or via the card you made the original purchase with.
• Please note: You must have attended your first session. The money back guarantee does not apply to refunds requested before the start of term or when the conditions above are not met - Please see below more details.

- More than 3 days before start of Course - FULL REFUND Minus £5 ADMIN FEE
- Less than 3 days before start of Course - 50% REFUND
- On the day/less than 24 hours/After Course starts - NO REFUND GIVEN

How do I let you know I want a refund?

There are two main ways to let us know:

1. Email us refunds@freshvibesdance.com including your booking reference number, your account number and sort code.
